Our Operations

eigoMANGA's operations are organized around two principal activities:

• Branded Publishing and Merchandise based upon licensing and the direct sale of merchandise. Revenues include product sales through third party licensees, direct marketing and merchandise and publication sales.
• Live and Televised Entertainment, consisting of comic/anime-themed live events and television programming. Revenues are attributed primarily to fan attendance at live events and sponsorships.

In addition, we are working to expand the eigoMANGA brand into mainstream domestic and international markets, develop subsidiary businesses, optimize our product/project media development as an entertainment and advertising platform and develop new programming and company brands that leverage eigoMANGA's core expertise.

Our business is economically driven by comic book retail distribution, comic book subscription and live event fan attendance. This marketplace strength and loyal fan base has been demonstrated fiscally by the many revenue streams within our integrated marketing segments. Namely, our live events, television program, comic book publication and website. We anticipate broader distribution plans for the eigoMANGA brand, expanding within the United States and to international territories, particularly the UK, Canada, and Japan.
